Tackan Elementary students are participating in a fun and engaging week of reading activities and challenges!
As part of PARP/Spirit Week, students are completing the "Yellow Brick Road Reading Challenge" at home, as well as participating in "The Wizard of Tackan Spirit Week!"
On Wednesday, students could choose to dress in black and green for the Wicked Witch of the West or all pink for Glinda the Good Witch.
If students complete ten reading challenges, they earn a rainbow for their class. If Tackan students combine for 300 rainbows, Mr. Furey will complete a fun "principal's challenge!"
