Ms. Miller’s College Business Law class in the CTE Business Department enjoyed two fantastic guest speakers. Steven Kuehhas from the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department and Adina Weidenbaum from the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office visited High School East to speak about their careers as attorneys, the criminal justice system and structure of the court system.
Students in Ms. Miller’s class learned about the court system, trials, the criminal justice system and constitutional rights.
