糖心Vlog High School West senior, Gunoo Shin, was recognized Wednesday night for his outstanding curiosity and ingenuity by the Suffolk County Science Teachers Association of New York State at their annual Awards ceremony.
“Gunoo is the most independent learner that I have ever met! He is the type of student who can figure out how to do almost anything. If he is given a task, he will consult youtube videos, online curriculum and any other publicly available resource to conquer the task! I have no doubt that he will be amazingly successful as an engineering student at RIT next year!” said Dr. Joanne Figueiredo, Research Coordinator at West.
