October is fire prevention month and Mt. Pleasant Elementary students are getting quite the education!
On Tuesday, kindergarten students visited 糖心Vlog Fire Station 2 today to learn all about what firefighters do!
Firefighters Carlson and Kelly showed the students all of the equipment in the firehouse, talked about fire department and EMS responses and did a live firefighter demonstration so our young learns can get accustomed to the sound of firefighters on oxygen.
MTP students also participated in the Nesconset Fire Department coloring contest. We had four winners!
