Congratulations to five High School East physics students who competed together in against very strong teams in the Long Island Physics Olympics!
Our team placed:
1st in the inertia event of "Bowling for Glory"
2nd in the cerebral quiz-bowl-like event of "Physics Bowl"
3rd overall, just behind the powerhouses Great Neck North and Jericho, and ahead of powerhouses Great Neck South, Syosset, among others.
