Today Dogwood recognized P.S. I Love You Day by wearing purple as a symbol of support, togetherness and love! Students were empowered to fill their school with positive messages that make everyone at Dogwood feel special and reminded that they are never alone.
A beautiful mural was created with the messages of kindness, hope and compassion written by students. This was displayed in their cafeteria for all to see and read.
Principal Renee Carpenter said this was a "day to remind each other of the importance of being kind to others, showing compassion and for all to know that they always have a friend and support here at Dogwood."
