High School students enrolled in Chef Choice I at High School East & High School West participated in our semi-annual Grilled Cheese Challenge! The students were tasked to create the most delicious and innovative grilled cheese sandwich possible. The students' creativity and culinary skills certainly shined this semester through this friendly competition, judged by faculty and staff throughout the buildings. It was an enjoyable and tasty experience for all who participated!
This course is offered by the Family and Consumer Sciences department, specifically taught by Kaitlyn Cosgro at High School West and Faith Pronesti at High School West and High School East this semester and Christine LoFrese, CTE Director.
