Mt. Pleasant kindergartners visited Benner's Farm in Setauket this week and used their senses to learn about living things.
As part of science standards, students explored the farm by seeing, smelling, hearing, and touching various animals and gardens. They also had a great time learning about all the farm animals, holding baby bunnies and chicks, growing vegetables and feeding the chickens.
What a fun educational experience!
