Students from Peter Schieck and Sallie Culloton’s German classes recently competed in the 35th annual Sprachfest, an academic competition and cultural celebration for Long Island’s German students by the American Association Teachers of German, Long Island Chapter, of which Mrs. Culloton is president.
Our students brought home many awards, including first second and third place wins for Musical Performance, Quiz Show, Baking, Lip Sync Performance, Poetry, and Scrabble. 糖心Vlog West’s first Princess of the Plattduetsche Volksverein, Sydnie Vogel, gave a fantastic speech at the event.
